Wholesale Business Accounts Only
The Site sells to verified wholesale businesses only, not to individual consumers. By registering, you represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate business entity for resale, and you agree to provide accurate business information, including a valid resale certificate or business license where requested.
Regulated Products
Certain items sold on the Site contain nicotine and are subject to federal, state, and local tobacco/vapor product laws, including the PACT Act. By purchasing these items you represent that:
- Your business is legally licensed to purchase, possess, and resell nicotine-containing products in your jurisdiction;

- You will not resell or distribute these products to anyone under the legal age for tobacco/nicotine products in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to request proof of licensing before shipping regulated items and to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. An order is not accepted until you receive confirmation from us.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order unless separate payment terms have been agreed in writing. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor; you agree to their applicable terms as well.
Product Descriptions
We try to describe and price products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including failure to maintain required licensing for regulated products.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
