Nicotine-Containing Products
Federal law (the PACT Act) restricts how vapor and nicotine products can be shipped:
- These items cannot be shipped via USPS under any circumstances — this is a federal mail ban, not a store policy.
- They ship only via private carriers (UPS/FedEx) as a registered, compliant business shipper, and only to business buyers who have provided valid licensing/resale documentation.
